NEWS - - the site is back up

As Forum regulars may have realised the Forums and Mod sites have been down for awhile but now we're back.
I have added a few new renders on the Renders page as well as a new addition to the Lone Wolf site the Lone Wolf image browser this a test of a new feature I may add to the site It is simple to navigate and I hope you like it.Flash Player 8 or newer is recommended but will probably play on older versions.

NEWS - - Lone Wolf Site 1.21 (sort of)

You may have noticed the site has been given a makeover though originally unplanned i'm including this as part of the recent site upgrade.

This week has been again mostly coding work but I have found time to knock up some new units and reskin some old ones. On the Renders page you'll find 6 new renders and on the Screenshots page you'll find 19 new Screenshots.
And on the Artwork page I have gathered up some Concept work 11 in total as usual a lot of Dwarf stuff.
Harad has been given 2 new units the Corsair Sapper and the Corsair Pillagers and they will lose the Far Harad Spearmen and the Battering Ram.
The Pillagers are like the Wildmen in function they are strong against structures and respectable in melee combat.
The Corsair Sapper is a special unit that can build small Explosive mines,Spikes to can be left as traps for Enemy Cavalry (Corsair's are generous people :) ) they also throw Grapping Hooks so Corsairs can assail buildings (Haradrim can't climb these Ropes).
Morgul gain a new unit the Black Numenorean Swordsman the BN Swordsman function as an elite melee unit.
Morgul will also gain a new support unit the Emmisary this unit will also be given to Mordor.
Gondor's Dol Amroth Swordsman will now fight alone as an Elite Mellee unit.
The Haradrim Assassin will now cost 1000 and will be able to inflict mass damage to Heroes (except Monster Heroes) but will be really easily killed by a Hero.
The Assassin will have both Ranged and Melee the Melee will inflict more damage but the Ranged is safer and has great range.
The Variag Axemen have been remade they have better Armor and now carry shields.

NEWS - - New spells announced.

The Dragonslayer has been remade randomises between 4 new models.
The Dragon has now been remade and can no longer fly.The Dragon is very powerful and loves destruction (when using the Dragon I've noticed that it will deliberatly smash into trees).
Orophin and Rumil have been given a Heavy Armor upgrade that works with the Armor of Lorien spell. Most of my time in the last week has been focused on coding so there'll be fewer Renders but probably more screenshots in the coming weeks.
Some of the factions now have more spells so check them out in the Faction sections.
I have also updated a few of the buildings and created a few new ones.
Dwarf Stronghold (Haven) has been updated now looks better.
Dol Guldor's Walls have been updated now looking more spiky the Citadel will also be updated.
The Goblin Pit has been remade again and I have also made a new Troll Cage for the Goblin Faction.
The Dwarves and High Elves each have a new Siege Works building.
On top of all this some of the Heroes have been given new abilities.
Heroes for this mod will generably be stronger due to the increase in unit numbers and strengths. Heroes like Legolas,Gimli will be made a little cheaper.

NEWS - LoneWolf Site 1.02 launch - New Renders and screenshots.
The site has been upgraded and streamlined to allow for quicker page loading (I hope), the Faction pages have been categorised with more information and the Artwork,Screenshots and Renders pages have also been given a makeover.
Due to a busy schedule some of the Faction pages will have limited information these will be updated in the next update.

Also I should note that Lone Wolf recently had it's first anniversary in production (i'm not sure if that's good or not) in the next update I'll be taking a trip down memory lane showing some of the changes that Lone Wolf has been through.

It's time for another update this time I have 16 new renders (mostly reskins) and 11 new screenshots.
I have also started recruiting for Age of Numenor Mod and have begun work on the site.
NEWS - New Renders and screenshots.
I have on the site some new Screenshots
including the Screens of the Great Goblin
and the Morgul and Dol Guldor Orcs
I've started the new spell list and
included one of the updated list
on the Faction page i'm going to announce
one spell list on a Faction page each update.
I've made the Dale Well and Dale Hero Statue.
I have also included some 17 new renders for the
following units

Dain Ironfoot has been given 2 new reskins
as alternative costumes.(I was bored :) )
King Brand of Dale has also been reskinned to make
him look more regal and a few years onto him.
Rohirrim have been reskinned with 4 new skins
and some more to made shortly.
Iron Hills Warrior have been given 2 new models
as well as a new render to show the Heavy Armor skin.
Pippin has a new skin the skin for his Citadel Guard upgrade.
A new Haven model has been made the first one in months
this time it's the
Woody Hall which builds Beorning and Woodmen units.
The building is also a gathering spot for Bears.
Durin's Guard Has been remade they now use 2 axes
instead of a Axe and Shield and have been made
to attack faster than originally planned.
Goblin Fighter has been given 4 new models/reskins
to randomise their appearance.
Morgul Orc Rabble has been given
2 new models to randomise
their appearence as well as the new heavy armor skins for
the Orc Rabble,Archers and Pikes.
Dol Guldor Orcs have also been given 6 new models
(2 new renders) to randomise the appearance and to make
them look bigger then the other standard orcs.
Gondor Swordsman,Gondor Archer and Gondor Knights
have been reskinned.
Gondor Spearman has been made and will function
as a horde between Melee and Pike.
Gondor Tower Guard has been reskinned as well.
Gondor Citadel Guard has been updated.

The Gondor Citadel Guard has been changed a bit
the Citadel Guard will now function like the
Esgaroth Hall Guards as a 2 man Elite Horde.
There has been some intensive bug fixing in the last week
going through and adding missing textures,models
and coding in preparation for the Beta.
The Beta I have decided to choose
20 Private Beta testers
to be decided closer to the Beta release
some spots have already
been decided but most remain open.
People who will be doing
Voices for the mod will get priority.
On that note i'd like to remind everyone that Lone Wolf
is looking for Voice Acting for most units
if interested then post on the Voice Acting thread
at the Lone Wolf Forums.
I'm looking for basically a voice for almost every
new Unit and Hero
except Mashduk (who is being voiced by yours truly).
